To ensure that you are satisfied with the design and contents, we will, upon request, email you a picture of the completed product for your approval.

DAMAGES: If any damage has been incurred, kindly notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your order. At your preference, we will either replace (at no cost) the damaged item(s) or provide you with a full refund upon receipt of your returned, unopened basket. To avoid any charges, an authorization number is required on all returns.

On shipped orders, please ensure that you keep the packaging so that a claim may be filed with the carrier.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be made within 8 hours of order placement and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No refunds will be given on orders that have been delivered.

SUBSTITUTIONS: We reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value due to product availability. Quality, however, will never be compromised.

CORPORATE CHARGE ACCOUNTS : We would be most pleased to establish a company account. All new accounts are requested to provide a credit card number. Invoices that are not paid within 30 days will be charged to the credit card number on file. A 50% deposit is required on all orders over $500.00.
